How do I pay?
At checkout you pay only the delivery charge with bKash (via ZiniPay) to confirm your order. The remaining amount is paid in cash when the parcel arrives. You can also choose to pay the full amount online.
Is the seafood already cooked?
Yes. Every Numkin dish is fully cooked in our kitchen, cooled quickly, vacuum-sealed and shipped. Just warm it in a pan or microwave for 2–3 minutes.
How long does it stay fresh?
Keep it refrigerated and eat within 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Storage instructions are printed on every pack.
How long does delivery take?
Cox's Bazar and Chattogram usually get their order within 24 hours. Other districts take 1–3 days depending on the courier.
Can I cancel my order?
Call or WhatsApp us before your order is cooked and we will cancel it. The delivery charge advance is refunded if we have not shipped yet.
